Whos who at the gymnastics factory?

RALPH HACKMAN Business Director

Ralph has been involved in gymnastics for more than 20 years as a parent (daughter Kelly was Sydney Olympian) and as a qualified coach. He is a former chairman of Woking Gymnastics Club where among other things he was responsible for the club's efficient administration and sound financial structure. Ralph is an experienced manager. He worked for BT for 35 years starting as an Engineer and finishing as a Client Relationship Manager, before retiring early to develop the Gymnastics Factory. Ralph brings a wealth of business and technology experience to the Gymnastics Factory.

TRICIA HACKMAN Finance & Membership Director

Tricia has been involved in gymnastics for more than 20 years as a parent (Kelly) and is a qualified gymnastics judge. Tricia has a wealth of experience in judging recreational level competitions. She has worked for more than 18 years in the financial services industry and as a former gymnastics club secretary, she will bring her knowledge to the administration of Gymnastics Factory. Tricia will be responsible for all membership registrations and the day-to-day finances of the centre.

SIMON RAWLINGS Technical Director

Simon is a retired international Sports Acrobatics gymnast and former British Tumbling Champion. During his career he was a member of the Great Britain Team at the Junior European Championships in Paris, winning a bronze medal and he competed in the World Championships. Simon has carried his knowledge and experience forward and is now a qualified mens and womens artistic coach and a senior tumbling coach. Simon holds a degree in Sports Science and is a qualified personal fitness trainer. He will be responsible for the day to day running of our centre and is also responsible for our Gym Zone programme . SINE RANCE Pre School (Gym Bug) Programme Co-ordinator

Sine has spent the last 26 years working with Children, during which time she has gained the following qualifications, British gymnastics Senior club coach for pre School gymnastics, a Club Coach for Women's artistic and General gymnastics. Sine is also a Trampolining coach and Judge, and Trampolining for people with disabilities coach. Sine is currently Head of British Gymnastics Pre -School panel and a BG tutor and Examiner for Pre-School, Fun-4-Baby and fundamentals movement.

CAROLINE HOLLAND Administration Manager

Caroline has 8 years coaching experience and a degree in business management and sports studies. As the club administrator she is responsible for the front of house and managing the database on a custom built programme developed by her father for gymnastics clubs. Caroline coaches preschool and zone gymnastics and is very good with children of all descriptions.

VICKY HIND Senior Coach

Vicky is another member of our full time staff. She has been coaching for eight years and has experience coaching both the zone and preschool age groups. Vicky has an NVQ in childcare and has been involved with gymnastics since the age of five.

JENNY PARKINSON Coach & Schools Liaisons officer

Jenny is the newest member of our full time staff. She has coached and participated in gymnastics for many years now. Jenny started her gymnastics career as a four piece artistic gymnast and then moved into the discipline of Tumbling where she achieved 3rd place in the National finals. She recently completed a degree in Psychology at Aston University.

KELLY RAWLINGS Coach & Press Secretary

Kelly is a retired international gymnast and represented Great Britain at numerous international events including the World and European Championships. The highlights of her career were a team silver medal at the 1998 Commonwealth Games and competing at the Olympic Games in 2000 as part of the most successful British team to date, for which she was awarded 'Master Gymnast' status by British Gymnastics. Kelly is a qualified gymnastics coach and specialises in choreography. She now works as a newspaper journalist. Kelly brings a wealth of gymnastics and media knowledge to the Gymnastics Factory.
