SCHOOL AGE

RECEPTION: 45 min class

A mixed boys and girls class that offers a transition into our school-age programme. Classes follow a weekly theme and gymnasts work around the apparatus circuits with a coach, learning and progressing a variety of skills.

Gymnasts are offered their first chance to perform in a display at our annual Gymnastics Factory Festival.

GIRLS AND BOYS: 1hr class
(5-7yrs, 7-9yrs, 9-11yrs. 11-13yrs)

Suitable for all levels from beginner to more advanced. Warm up games and a stretch physically prepare the muscles, followed by key floor skills based on the theme of the week.

Gymnasts are grouped and work around the apparatus with a coach learning a variety of skills from our developmental programme.

Gymnasts can take part in our annual Gymnastics Festival, performing on Floor and Vault.

SQUAD: 1hr/1.30mins (By invitation only)
A small number of gymnasts are selected to join our Friday mixed-age squad groups, progressing their gymnastics skills to the next level. 

The Squad gymnasts perform a group display which has become a highlight of our annual Gymnastics Factory festival.

 we offer progressive recreational gymnastics classes for girls and boys.  The gym is colourful, inspiring and packed with equipment to keep our  lessons fresh and exciting every week.
most important to us is that gymnasts have fun and grow in confidence at their own pace.
